The LISVH is a special place where bonds and camaraderie develop. It is a place our veterans are proud to call home while receiving rehabilitation or during their stay as a long term resident, or where they are proud to spend their day as a participants in our Adult Day Health Care Program. The LISVH is operated by the Health Sciences Center of Stony Brook University. Through this relationship we are able to provide state of the art, comprehensive medical, nursing and ancillary services to those we serve. We look forward to answering any questions you may have and stand ready to assist you in choosing the best options for yourself or your loved one. It is with great pride that we care for our veterans - from the greatest generation to the latest generation. |
